RK MARK AGROS make Conveyor Model High Capacity Multi-Crop Thresher is suitable to thresh Maize, Jowar, Sunflower, Corn, Pearl Millet (Kambu) etc., in the field. It is operated by 45 HP and above Tractor PTO. It consists of Feeding Chute, Threshing Cylinder (Peg Type), Concave, Oscillating Box, Winnowing (Heavy Blowers), Cleaning attachment, Gear Box, Input and Outlet Conveyor.

Features

  • RK MARK AGROS make Thresher separates Pure Grains / Straw / Husk / Empty Hob / Dust / other waste and send them out through their respective mouths as according to the crop.
  • It can thresh Maize 70 – 80 Quintals (approximate) per hour and other grains 20 – 40 Quintals (approximate) per hour with Zero broken edges.
  • The threshing efficiency is 100% and the cleaning efficiency is 99%.
  • It can thresh the Maize with Husk.
  • The Thresher is maintenance free and 100 % safe for operators.
  • Minimum man power is only required.
  • To thresh other crops, change the Sieve and adjust the concave clearance, cylinder speed.
  • Threshing is totally completed in a single pass.
  • Threshing does not damage the edges of the grains, hence suitable for seed purpose.
  • Thresher can be coupled with all types of tractor’s PTO.
